Nancy did a great job with my first experience for facial. The explanations of the various steps was helpful, but not intrusive. The sensations of hot, cold, cool, drops and mask was amazing. The shoulder and hand massage were very relaxing. The music and lighting added to the ambience. Fabio was welcoming as Franzi at the door, handing out the glyercine soap samples. I had purchased a nail kit the previous week, so the follow up free facial was an unexpected surprise and bonus.

I bought a package of facials here, so far I have had 2, one with Julia, and one with Amy. Both were incredible!! The facailist were really nice and had a good touch and knowledgeable about the products. Amy took extra care not ruin my eyelash extensions. My skin looks glowy and beautiful I have recommended this place to a few friends already. The skin care is fantastic. I am looking forward to my next facial already.
