Arrivals
Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. In a spirit of mutual respect, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the appointments in order to experience the full treatment time, give yourself time to check in, fill up your questionnaire, speak with your skin care consultant and relax before your session.
Courtesy
The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration of other spa guests, please silence all mobile devices. Only quiet conversation is acceptable.
Communicating with your aesthetician
Your aesthetician is trained to recognize when you want to be silent and simply enjoy the treatment or when you would like to have a conversation; it is totally your decision. Bear in mind that talking during facial treatments may not be as easy as it sounds due to products around the mouth area. However, you should ensure you communicate clearly with your aesthetician throughout the treatment if any part is uncomfortable or if you require some information about the process.
Product Recommendations
Please bear in mind that your therapist is a nurturing, trained professional, with your welfare in mind, who might identify any additional areas that may require attention. Any recommendations for additional services or home care are intended to help you maintain or improve upon the results you see after your treatment, until your next appointment.
Tipping
Gratuities are appreciated, at your discretion. Envelopes for gratuities are provided at check-out. Keep in mind gratuities are not included in the price of the facial.
Cancellations
We understand things can change, please give us at least 48 hours of notice if you would like to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Bear in mind that cancellations and/or no shows that are less than 48 hours will be calculated as a fulfilled appointment of your package (in case of Membership) and will be removed from the package.
Children
Please bear in mind that the spa and the service is not only to improve the skin but also to offer you and other guests a relaxing experience. Our spas are not child friendly and we don’t offer any childcare services.

Your service provider is very skilled and professional; you can improve your experience by simply giving a few minutes thought to your service in advance and share any concerns or requests with your service provider or your skin consultant.
